Euphonic Recordings to release the debut EP of new up-and-coming Paris-based duo Un Homme Et Une Femme

The sharp and concise EP "Marketing Sensoriel" runs just under 20 minutes yet its impact is immediate and seductive. Built on bulletproof beats, engimatic percussions, and erotic vocal mantras, Un Homme et Une Femme have little use for synths or other predictable electro devices; utilizing their equipment like surgeons, cutting only where needed with rapid and precise stabs. Like the economic punch of contemporaries NUXXE, Shygirl, or 18+ Un Homme Et Une Femme stimulate the listener with the suggestive interplay between staccato rhythms and lyrical precision.

Un Homme Et Une Femme is comprised of artists Philomène and Boy Scoot Hopkins, who released his booze-drenched crooner EP in fall on Euphonic Recordings. "Marketing Sensoriel" is Un Homme Et Une Femme’s first physical release, it will be available on cassette and digital platforms, and will be followed by a new full-length album later in 2019 on Euphonic Recordings.

Un Homme et Une Femme are the new synth-trap spawns of Catholic icons and French Saints of generations-past. In step with the playful, careless, violent, and rebellious lovers of 20th-century French cinema, these two are taking over the nights of Paris today, but flipping naivety with their hyper-aware punk attitude raised in the Digital Age. Taking influence from contemporary R’n’b, synth-wave, goth, and fusing it with industrial aggression, they are creating a new path in the labyrinth of electronic music and the canon of brutal love songs.
